Return and Refund Policy - Power Coffee
Return Period
You have 30 calendar days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received: unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please contact us at leo@thepowercoffee.com. Returns must be sent to the following address:

Once your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior return approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at the email above so we can assess and resolve the issue.
Non-returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishables (food, flowers, plants), custom or personalized products, and personal care items. We also do not accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return your item and, after approval, place a separate order for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order ships to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The item must be in the same condition as received, with tags and original packaging, plus proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you when we receive and inspect your return and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you will receive your refund via your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note, your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
