At The Power Coffee, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unopened
- In the original packaging

Unused and in the same condition you received it
Opened or used products are not eligible for return, due to health and safety regulations regarding consumable goods.
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at info@thepowercoffee.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll guide you through the process.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or there was an error on our part.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original method of payment.

If the return is rejected (e.g. the product is used or damaged), it will not be refunded.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged, or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll gladly replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer product exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
