What's Actually In Your Scoop

Caffeine — Natural, ~175mg
This is where most mornings already start, so it's not the interesting part. What's worth knowing: 175mg sits comfortably under the European Food Safety Authority's single-dose safety threshold of 200mg. Not a mega-dose stacked to make you feel something fast — a normal amount, reviewed against the safety research.
Taurine — 2.1g
The ingredient most coffee skips entirely. Taurine shows up in the endurance research at doses of 1–6g per serving — 2.1g sits inside that range, not at the edge of it. This is the piece that's supposed to keep the caffeine from being the whole story: steady instead of spiked.
Ginkgo Biloba Extract — 207mg
Standardized extract, not a trace amount for the ingredient list. Ginkgo shows up in the formula for what it does over the length of a working day, not for what it does in the first ten minutes.
Thermogenic Spices — ~1.8g
Cinnamon, ginger, black pepper extract. Not there for heat. There for how the body processes everything else in the scoop.
Format — One Scoop, 10g
150g bag. 15 servings. No blender, no separate mixing step, no new ritual to build. One scoop into the coffee you're already making.
Experience — Mixes Into What You Already Drink
Power Coffee isn't a new drink to add to your day. It's an addition to the one you're already having. That's deliberate — the habit that already works doesn't need replacing, it needs one thing added to it.
What We Don't Put On This List
No protein gram figure — pea protein is in the formula, first on the ingredient list, but no gram amount is on the certified panel, so we don't state one. If you've seen a number for it elsewhere, that's on us catching up to our own documentation, not a number you should trust yet.
The Receipt
Every number above is what we formulated. Illuminate Labs' job wasn't to test a bottle off the shelf — it was to take our declared ingredients and doses and check them against published safety and efficacy research: does 2.1g of taurine fall in the range the endurance studies actually support, does 175mg of caffeine sit under the safety threshold regulators use, is anything on it banned. A physician reviewed the claims for medical accuracy on top of that.
That's a real, independent check — just not a lab test, and we'd rather say that plainly than let the seal imply more than it does. We didn't put the seal at the top of this page, because the seal isn't the reason to try it. The reason is everything above it. The seal is proof that what's above it was reviewed by someone whose job was to say no.
